WE’RE HIRING! 💕 Executive Assistant | Destin, FL
I’m looking for someone who can become my right hand — someone highly organized, resourceful, trustworthy, tech-savvy, and comfortable taking initiative without needing to be told every little thing that needs to happen.
This is a unique role that combines business, administrative, organizational, and personal assistance. If you’re the type of person who sees something that needs to be done and just handles it, I want to hear from you.
THE DETAILS:
• Part-time — starting around 20 hours/week
• $18–$20/hour, based on experience
• Weekly bonus opportunities for completing goals/tasks
• Initial 60-day commitment with the potential to become a permanent position
• In-person position in Destin, FL, with some tasks/errands outside the studio
WHAT YOU MAY BE HELPING WITH:
✨ Managing calls, texts, emails, scheduling and follow-ups
✨ Administrative work, paperwork, printing, scanning and organization
✨ Keeping projects and to-do lists moving so nothing falls through the cracks
✨ Updating online platforms, products and inventory
✨ Helping manage orders, supplies and other business operations
✨ Keeping the studio organized, clean, stocked and reset
✨ Running occasional errands
✨ Assisting with personal administrative tasks, appointments, phone calls, bills, forms, reimbursements, etc.
✨ Taking studio towels home to wash, fold and return
✨ Jumping in wherever needed and figuring things out independently
WHO I’M LOOKING FOR:
You should be extremely organized, dependable, discreet, proactive and comfortable working independently. I need someone who can problem-solve, learn quickly, use good judgment and take ownership of a task from beginning to end.
You should also be comfortable with technology and learning new programs.
⭐ Experience with Wix, Etsy and/or Shopify is a big plus.
⭐ Being fully bilingual and comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish is a HUGE bonus.
Because this person will interact with clients and represent Growing Love, professional presentation matters. I’m looking for someone who takes pride in being well-groomed, polished, put-together and professional when representing our brand.
