Sometimes you don’t realize how much you’ve been carrying until you finally give yourself space to let some of it go.

I’ve been feeling really grateful lately for the people who have trusted me with a little piece of their journey. Whether through Reiki, intuitive connection, chakra work, mentorship, or simply creating a safe space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

These are just a few of the beautiful words clients have shared after their sessions.

I’ll be moving us through the yoga part of this retreat with EmBodhi Shakti.

There has quietly been one spot open for a little while now and, quite frankly, my life got away from me and I haven't done much of anything to fill it. So before I close the retreat and turn my attention fully toward the women already coming, I'm putting her out into the world one final time.

October 1st through 4th. North Shore of Minnesota.

Yes, we're going to do some deep work because you know who you're traveling with, but we're also going to eat really good food, explore, laugh about wildly inappropriate things, breathe in that chilly Lake Superior air and probably find ourselves doing something that wasn't on the itinerary because that's generally how I operate.

Healing doesn't have to be fu***ng miserable.

Sometimes it looks like getting out of your normal life for a few days, being around women you didn't know you needed to know, having conversations that accidentally change something in you and remembering that joy gets to be part of the work too.

You don't need to arrive broken and you certainly don't need to spend four days trying to fix yourself.

Just come as you are.

We'll see what happens from there.

There's room for one more woman and this is the final time I'm offering the spot before I close the doors and we start getting excited about October.
