Today is World Eating Disorders Action Day, a reminder that our relationships with food and our bodies are often more complex than they look from the outside.

Sometimes food is not just about hunger.

Sometimes it is about stress.
Comfort.
Exhaustion.
Overwhelm.
A need to feel soothed for a moment.
