🛡️ Manifest Thirty-One Women’s Self-Defense Class – April 5th 🛡️
Creating a space where women are not only becoming mentally and physically strong but also safe. Knowing how to protect yourself is essential, and this class will give you the tools to feel more confident and empowered!

Hosted by Manifest Thirty-One LLC Founder, Tay Ford, MA, LLPC, this event is designed to encourage women in both physical and psychological safety.

🔹 Time: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM

I asked God to help prepare me to take my profession of Mental Health advocacy outside of the office. I love being in the community and meeting people where they are. I had no idea how but I knew I wanted to do more with youth, adults and our elders through Manifest Thirty-One.

I am grateful to have the opportunity as a Therapist to be apart of two upcoming programs.
