In my line of work, I often talk to patients who are dealing with so much grief and anger after losing a loved one. In most cases, the residual stress comes because there was no wheel or a state plan left. And the state plan is instructions for your family so they don’t have to figure it all out when you die. 
Show love to ur family but not leaving the state to admninister ur estate! There are so many things that go into aware that we don’t even think about, for example, your last paycheck, who manages your social media account, and so many other simple things that if our families just had instructions, it would make the process easier. Not having at least a basic Will is Dumb! !⚰️📜📜🪦⚰️⚱️!
