Virtual support is a great if you want the knowledge and support of a doula but do not prefer hands on , in-person support during your labor / birth.

For my mamas who prefer in- person support, In-person labor and birth support will be available again soon! 💕

you did an amazing job throughout your pregnancy with educating yourself , researching and asking questions so that you can make informed decisions for yourself. You are a true champ and made your 32 hour labor look like a cake walk ! From deep breathing to labor positions and comfort measures, you applied everything we worked on throughout your pregnancy during your labor effortlessly.

I am so honored that you not only chose me to be your doula but also trust me as a part of your village for baby Aspen. I am SO proud of you and congratulations to you and Andre on you two’s love personified, Aspen Olivia ! 💕🫶🏾
