At Advantage Living Center - Northwest we are committed to helping our guests achieve their rehabilitation and discharge to home goals. Our dedicated therapists, doctors and nurses work hard to provide a high level of quality care that exceeds the expectations of those we serve. Nestled in a Detroit community about one mile from Sinai Grace Hospital, the facility provides a safe, secure environmen

t for our residents, families, guests and staff. We are constantly upgrading our environment to meet the needs of today's clients. We offer WIFI, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and diagnostic programs that enable us to provide high level of care. Advantage Living Center - Northwest specialists include a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Doctor, Cardiologist, Podiatrist, Dentist and Ophthalmologist. We have many dedicated physicians who work in collaboration with community physicians to create a continuum of care. On our third floor, we provide long term Memory Care for individuals diagnosed with Dementia, including Alzheimer's Disease. Our sunshine lounge is designed to tap into the strengths our residents have to help them gain a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction, despite their memory difficulties. Our person centered approach to care has resulted in less stress related and aggressive behaviors often associated with the disease. Many of our staff are Certified Dementia Practitioners as well! We encourage you to tour our facility and experience our warm and welcoming environment. For your convenience, we accept Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurances.

Friends and Family, with Covid 19 back on the rise in Michigan, we want to assure you that Advantage Living Centers is more than prepared to keep your loved ones safe. We are following closely with government and CDC guidelines along with implementing our own processes such as, weekly testing, Needlepoint Ionization air purification systems, electrostatic sprayers for enhanced coverage of disinfectants, Thermoscans for touchless temperature monitoring, safety reports rounding tool to ensure all the guidelines are being followed properly and accurately and much more.
If you have any additional concerns, comments or questions on how we are containing the spread of Covid in our facility, please feel free to reach out to the Executive Director.
Above all, we are so proud and thankful to our staff for showing up and keeping our residents safe day in and day out. Your hard work and dedication will never go unnoticed!

Then of course Easter Sunday! We enjoyed all of the treats and goodies the Activities Staff so graciously prepared for us!
