Outer Dr., Detroit, MI, on Thursday, July 30th, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM to take part in shaping what comes next. Come out to have fun, vote early, and enjoy great food and music. Early voting runs from July 25th to August 2nd, the Primary Election is on Tuesday, August 4th, 2026, and you can visit www.vote.org to find your polling site.

In 2012 the RTA was established and I was appointed by, then Mayor Dave Bing to represent the city of Detroit on the board. That was 14 years ago! On Aug the 4th we will have the opportunity to change transit in this area by VOTING YES to this mileage. Our seniors and PWD deserve an advantage to travel independently for a better quality of life. ... We need everyone to get out and vote Yes to transit on Aug 4 because you may not need it now... Keep living and you just might. Our time is NOW. Vote Yes to transit Mom on Aug. 4th. Thank you”
