Jesuit Friends & Alumni Network Detroit The Jesuit Friends and Alumni Network (JFAN) of Detroit serves as a networking and fellowship organization for those with connection to the Jesuits.

The Jesuit Alumni and Friends of Detroit gathers for food, fellowship and inspiration. For 470 years the Society of Jesus has been known for its leadership in the Catholic Church, work in education (founding schools, colleges, universities and seminaries), intellectual research, cultural pursuits, and missionary efforts. Serving in 112 nations on six continents, Jesuits also give retreats, ministe

r in hospitals and parishes and promote social justice and ecumenical dialogue. In the United States, there are over 1.6 million alumni from 28 universities and 60 high schools. Alumni seek to continue their lives as Men and Women for others and serve Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam (To the Greater Glory of God).
