I believe that anyone can practice mindfulness when it's intentional, community, and self-regulation focused. My goal is to ignite the earthbound, autonomous healer inside of you with the same tools that have enabled me to consciously take control of my life, slow down, and truly understand the inner-workings of my body.
These tools have brought me such brilliance, peace, subconscious transforma
tion, and liberation—for that I believe within the depths of my body the power of them. I have 10 years of yoga/mindfulness experience, and I can definitely say it has opened my mind and heart to deeper connection with my Creator and those around me like family, friends, and even strangers.
I offer tools and Christ-like guidance for self-regulation which give you the opportunity to explore your vessel through a dynamic, intentional system of modalities that lift you in transformation and mindfully aligns you with the laws of embodied living. Some of these modalities include yoga, effective journaling for trauma-release, somatic movements, beginner lymphatic support, and beginner to advanced breath work. As a mindfulness facilitator I believe in holding a safe environment for people to be transparent and come as they are with respect being the most important foundation to fostering compassionate community. Self-regulation ultimately is about coming back home to ourselves so that we can then co-regulate with those around us. And I am dedicated to helping you achieve that!
