We're excited to finally share something we've been working on behind the scenes! 🤍
We are developing a new educational division of Live WELLthier called Live WELLthier Institute, which will focus on evidence-based education at the intersection of psychology, public health, and wellness.
The first program we are developing is a Certificate in Applied Behavioral Wellness Science. The certificate will explore the psychology and behavioral science behind sustainable health behavior change, including motivation, habits, self-efficacy, stress, emotions, environmental influences, communication, and evidence-based approaches to supporting lasting change.
At the core of this program is a question I’ve become increasingly interested in through my own education and work: Why do people often struggle to make lasting health changes, even when they know exactly what they “should” be doing?
This idea brings together so many areas that I’m passionate about, including my Master of Public Health, Master’s degree in Psychology, doctoral training in Clinical Psychology, and background as a Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Certified Holistic Nutritionist.
I’m currently looking for individuals who may be interested in joining the inaugural Founding Cohort as I develop and launch this program. The program will be fully online and self-paced and is designed for health and wellness coaches, fitness and nutrition professionals, healthcare and public health professionals, students, and anyone interested in the science behind behavior change.
If you or someone you know may be interested, I would love to connect! And if you know someone who might be a good fit, I would be so grateful if you shared this post or tagged them below. 🤍
