"There are so many tips for what a partner can do - we never thought about "practicing" what helps me relax most. The exercises we did in class made my husband so much clearer on how to support me through labor. Now we both feel more confident about the process, and knowing the different scenarios really helps reduce my anxiety. I highly recommend this class to first-time parents!"

Saturday's Childbirth Preparation class is almost full - and filling faster than usual. 👶

Here's what makes this class different: it's taught in person by a labor and delivery nurse who is actively delivering babies right now. When she's not teaching this class, she's in the delivery room.

That means you're not learning from a script - you're learning from someone who knows exactly what your delivery day will feel like, because she lives it every week. It's the kind of access you'd normally only get if you were already a patient in a hospital.
