Janet Ann Juliano, 78, of Bartlesville, gained her heavenly reward on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.

Janet was born September 3, 1947, in Brooklyn, New York, to Nathan Anthony and Erma Jewel (Henry) Juliano. She attended elementary school in Brooklyn at a Catholic school. The family moved to Nowata, Oklahoma, when Janet was around age 10. She graduated from Nowata High School in 1966, and she helped organize a school reunion a few years ago.

After high school she started her family and was a homemaker for a few years. She then moved to Bartlesville and worked as a waitress at Sambo’s Restaurant and other various jobs at food service places throughout her life. Janet was a daddy’s girl and developed her love for cooking from her father. She ended her career as a cook at Forest Manor Nursing Home in Dewey, where she worked for many years and developed numerous friendships. She was such a hard worker and her family said she was always finding odd jobs to supplement her income, including selling Tupperware, Avon, and Amway, to name a few.

While Janet was raised as a Catholic, she raised her children in the Dewey First Assembly Church, but she still carried her Catholic faith with her.

Her hobbies included sewing, crocheting, and working puzzles. She loved drinking coffee with her friends. Janet’s love of shopping and online ordering came with some silly surprise packages arriving at her house recently. Janet liked eating at Fish Daddy’s, and she loved...

Leah Marie “Garrison” Graham, 41, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, went home to be with the Lord on July 2, 2026.

Leah was born on July 31, 1984, in Phoenix, Arizona, to Perry Joe Garrison and Donna Lee Hill. As a child, her family lived in several places before eventually settling in Bartlesville, where she later earned her GED and built the life she loved.

Leah was formerly married to Richie Graham, and from their marriage came the two greatest blessings of her life, her beloved daughters, Jaylen and Preslee.

Above all else, Leah’s greatest joy and proudest accomplishment was being a mother. Her daughters, Jaylen and Preslee, were the center of her world. She loved them fiercely, protected them endlessly, and celebrated every part of who they were. There was never a question how deeply they were loved.

Leah had recently returned to faithfully attending Tuxedo Assembly of God, a church that had been an important part of her life for many years. She loved the Lord and never hesitated to share her faith with others. Whether through a favorite worship song, an encouraging message, or a conversation with someone who needed hope, she found joy in reminding people that God was always near.

She had a creative spirit and a generous heart. She loved making handmade gifts, creating beautiful picture frames, paintings, and finding thoughtful ways to make the people she loved feel special. She had a special interest in cars, to the point of naming her favorite...

Reta Anne Hughes, 80, of Dewey, died Friday, June 26th in Bartlesville.

With profound sadness and a deep sense of love, we announce the passing of Reta Robinson Hughes, who left this world on June 26, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Reta was born on January 14, 1946, in the quaint town of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, to her loving parents, Anna and Leon Robinson. She was 80 years old at the time of her passing, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, compassion, and unfaltering faith.

Reta’s journey through life was marked by her incredible generosity and unpredictable sense of humor that brought joy to many.

She graduated from Copan High School and went on to earn a degree in Education, specializing in Home Economics. Her professional life was as colorful as her personal one, with roles ranging from switchboard operator at Phillips Petroleum and Oklahoma State University, to painting buffalo fences. She also worked as a beloved Home Economics teacher at Ketchum Schools. Reta finished her career as a teller for Truity Credit Union.

In 1970, Reta married the love of her life, Jackie Don Hughes, on August 22. Together they built a home filled with love, laughter, and good-natured bickering—a testament to their deep, enduring bond. They were blessed with 36 years of marriage, during which they raised two wonderful children, Jacob Hughes and Jennifer Hughes, who carry forward the values and love instilled in them by their parents.
