Looking for volunteers to experience a auricular acupuncture on Tuesday, August 25 at 7 PM here at the office. The practitioner is almost done with NP school and learning about traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It’s great for cravings, detox, and strengthening boundaries just to name a few! Did you know that increased heart rate, muscle cramps, and headaches can all be signs of dehydration?? Yep!

After 6 days in the UP and forgetting my LMNT packets I was feeling all of the above! I gave myself a couple days to boost with oral fluids, but still couldn’t shake that elevated heart rate. So, today I did the IV and feel MUCH BETTER. Zero regrets.

P.S. - You know you’re dehydrated when you receive a whole bag of fluids and still don’t need to p*e 😬
