🧠June Total Wellness: Brain Health & Cognitive Wellness
As we kick off a new month of our Total Wellness initiative, we're focusing on an important aspect of overall well-being: brain health.
Our cognitive health influences how we think, learn, remember, communicate, and engage with the world around us. While conditions such as Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia affect millions of individuals and families, supporting brain health starts with everyday habits.
Prioritizing quality sleep, staying physically active, continuing to learn, and maintaining meaningful social connections can all contribute to long-term cognitive wellness.
Throughout June, we'll be sharing resources, education, and simple ways to support brain health as part of our commitment to whole-person wellness.
After all, caring for our health isn't just about our bodies, it's about our minds, too.
