After another turbulent year, we are more Thankful than ever!
We are Thankful for you, for being supportive and trusting us with your most precious possession, your health! We are deeply Appreciative of all your trust in referrals of family and friends, making 2021 an outstanding year.

We are Thankful for the opportunity to continue to help patients with chronic, sever, suborn conditions, with Dr. Than's more than 36 years of experience, and the best in high tech medical devices, even when others did not have the answers. We Appreciate helping the many who have walked out of the clinic with clarification of condition and direction to their individual treatment options, to better their lives. And we are deeply Thankful for all who crawled, were carried or drug into the clinic and were able to walk out on their own accord. The sincere honor of service to the community is ours.

​Maple Pecan Pie (this one will become a quick & easy holiday tradition)

COMBINE TOGETHER IN A BOWL
3 each eggs (beaten)
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 table spoons butter (melted)
1 tea spoon vanilla
PLACE IN PREPARED DEEP DISH PIE SHELL
1 1/4 cup pecans
POUR CUSTARD MIXTURE OVER PECANS
BAKE at 350' about 35 minutes - best eaten next day out of the frig 😋

History of Memorial Day

Memorial Day, as Decoration Day gradually came to be known, originally honored only those lost while fighting in the Civil War. But during World War I the United States found itself embroiled in another major conflict, and the holiday evolved to commemorate American military personnel who died in all wars, including World War II, The Vietnam War, The Korean War and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
For decades, Memorial Day continued to be observed on May 30, the date General Logan had selected for the first Decoration Day. But in 1968, Congress passed the Uniform Monday Holiday Act, which established Memorial Day as the last Monday in May in order to create a three-day weekend for federal employees. The change went into effect in 1971. The same law also declared Memorial Day a federal holiday. History.com

Merry Christmas! What a wonderful display in our night sky, with the “Christmas Star”,
also being called the “Winter Solstice Star” or the “Great” conjunction.

We call it a "great" conjunction because to ancient skywatchers, these were the two slowest moving planets in the sky. Jupiter takes nearly 12 years to describe a full circle in the heavens, spending a year visiting each zodiacal sign in the sky, while Saturn takes 29.5 years to make one full trip around the sun. Because of their respective slow movement, a conjunction or — to the ancients — a "celestial summit meeting," was rather unusual. Such get-togethers happen, in most cases, about every 20 years on average. (NASA)

It is no secret, we have all experienced the loss and wanting of 2020.
We have seen and experienced so many unprecedented situations this year.
Economic, personal rights and safety, and health issues are at a high.
And government and politics have poisoned our social unity.

YET, We are truly blessed with being surrounded with wonderful, good people.
It has also brought families closer together and neighbors helping neighbors.
We have seen wonderful acts of kindness and people reaching out, without barrios, to help one and other.
People have clarity of love, family and community.
As well as clarity of the true intent of the ones in power.

Happy Veterans’ day!

Especially since it has been a rough year, we want to take this moment and Thank You!

Your service to our country and all Americans, is greatly appreciated!

For some, it has been a while since we have seen you. Keeping you in our thoughts and wishing you and yours heath and safety. We have all experienced COVID graduations, birthdays, and even funerals. We are in this together, and we know you feel the same. When you feel comfortable coming out, Diamond Bar is open for appointments, Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.

A lot of you, we have seen over the past month. The clinic has been busy! A good, COVID conscience system has taken shape. A standard which facilitates your healthcare needs, while respecting people’s space and limiting exposure.

Sign in and we will send you directly back, to wait in a private room.

Hand sanitizing liquid available on your way in, and out.

Thank you JaNein and Angela for making & donating to us, such lovely smelling sanitizer.

All hard surfaces are wiped down and sprayed, with disinfectant, regularly.

Anti-bacterial soap available.

Dr. Than did not change his sanitary practices of washing hands, every patient! (often even more)

He will also continue his common practice in disinfecting tables, equipment, tools and hands, with each and every patient.

A genuine "Thank you for your service", from Dr. Than!

In the memory of our heroes, who so gallantly served our county.

Today is a day of remembrance, but we want to also take this time to mention all our service men and woman and their families,

both in present, past or in memory, we wish you a debt of gratitude and a heartfelt appreciation. Dr. Than has been in practice for over 35 years, and a lot of you have been with him most that way. Over the decades we have had the distinct honor of knowing and caring for many of our courageous, warriors in society: we extend a special appreciation and thanks, to all patients that have given their lives and families’ life styles in the military, police, sheriffs and officers. Dr. Than is Reopening the Diamond Bar Treatment Clinic

Friday, May 15

We are reopening for treatment, staying in accordance with the state “Stay Home” order.

Treatment hours will be temporarily limited to M-W-F mornings only.

Afternoon treatment will be reserved for our Essential Workers’ and by appointment.

Please wear a mask

Call when you get to the parking lot, and we will let you know if there is space in the reception area.
