Three things every first-time mom should know before labor-
1. It usually doesn't look like the movies. 😉 Education during pregnancy can play a pivotal role in your birth experience.
2. Movement is your friend. Whether your goal is a medicated or unmedicated birth, movement in labor can help the process along tremendously. Movement is your way of working with your baby to help them navigate birth. It's a team effort!
3. You don't have to do it alone! The evidence is clear to show that continuous labor support improves birth outcomes. A doula is a great resource to guide you and your partner every step of the way. ❤
