Classic Peach Cobbler
Nothing says comfort quite like a warm homemade peach cobbler shared with family and friends. We hope this simple recipe brings a little sweetness to your weekend.

Ingredients
4 cups sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup milk
½ cup butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine peaches, ½ cup sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, and melted butter until combined.
Pour batter evenly over the peaches.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Last week, our amazing staff was surprised with refreshing lemonade from Faithful Blend Coffee Shop, and it couldn't have come at a better time!

A huge THANK YOU to Sis Kasian and Donna Barnett for taking the time to deliver this thoughtful treat. Your generosity and support meant so much to our team and definitely helped us beat the heat!
