As most of you know, there are several bugs going around since we have gone back to school, as well as just plain allergies. Yucky, snotty noses, sore throats, etc. One of my longest running products is my natural v***r rub, Ruach. Safe for bigs and littles! It helps clear those airways. Use it with a hot humid steam tent or shower, apply it in your nostrils, on your chest and the bottoms of your feet. It will leave your skin feeling smooth and hydrated and your nasal passages open and flowing. I'm going to make a fresh batch this evening.
