Hi! My name is Tori Zettel and I’m one of the receptionists at Beauty Bar Salon and Day Spa!

I started working at Beauty Bar as a freshman in high school and now I am going into my upcoming sophomore year! I really love working here because of the wonderful people I get to work with and the extremely positive atmosphere.

Working here has helped me work on my communication skills, like talking to clients and answering phones, which has been a great experience for me!

One of my favorite parts about working at the salon is getting to meet so many amazing people and being part of such a fun, and talented team.

Hi! My name is Reagan McMahen and I’m a receptionist at Beauty Bar Salon and Day Spa!

I started working at Beauty Bar during my Sophomore year of high school and immediately felt at home! Going to work became something I looked forward to because of the amazing environment and employees.

Beauty Bar has taught me a lot of fundamental skills I’ll carry with me after high school, but also many that can only be learned through special experiences. Being at the front desk assisting others has shown me how important is to be open to helping others and how rewarding it is.

I’m extremely grateful for every opportunity I have received from Beauty Bar and all the happiness working here has brought me so far!

* About me

My name is Angela Morrison, as a young adult I attended the Business Management program at Rasmussen College in Bismarck, and eventually life took me in the direction of hair school in 2011, where I found my passion for art and caring for people.

I was able to provide hair care services to hundreds of people all over North Dakota over the years from Bismarck/Mandan to Williston and Dickinson. Finally settling and finding my "home" in Dickinson in 2023.

I worked at Beauty Bar Salon and Day Spa as a Cosmetologist from October 2023- February 2026, where we found my body had different ideas for me, and I couldnt provide services anymore.

As of August 2026 I am happy to be able to be back at Beauty Bar helping out as a Receptionist in the industry and in the salon that I love so much!

Hi! My name is Rachel Olsen and I'm a licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist. I've always had interest in beauty. From a young age I was in the kitchen always making body scrubs or face masks!

I went to esthetics school in 2021 and have been working as an Esthetician for over 4 years. I love the versatility that esthetics provides, whether it is waxing or facials, it keeps my job interesting!

I'd been thinking about massage therapy for years and decided to go back to school in 2024 to add to my services. It has been amazing to help others when they are in pain and have them leave feeling better than when they walked in.

Aside from the work in the spa, I love to take long walks, enjoy time with my family and husband, or read books next to my cats.

✨ A little "About Me" ✨

My name is Kaylie Krumwiede, in 2020, at just 15 years old, I started my very first job as a receptionist at a Beauty Bar Dalon and Day Spa.

What started as a high school job quickly became so much more. I fell in love with the positive, joyful environment and have stayed ever since—through high school and beyond.

While continuing to work at the salon, I also began my career as an Aflac insurance agent. Although these two careers may seem very different, they have one important thing in common: helping people.

Whether it's helping someone feel more confident through a salon service or helping protect individuals and families from unexpected financial burdens, I have found so much joy in serving others.

I truly believe that making a difference—big or small—is one of the most rewarding parts of any career, and I feel incredibly blessed to do that every day in both roles.

💜Meet the Owner💜

Hi! I'm Amber, owner of Beauty Bar Salon and Day Spa. I’ve wanted to be a hairstylist since I was 10 years old, and I followed that dream by attending Josef's School of Hair Design in Fargo. I am a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician and have been blessed to work in this industry for the past 17 years.

I absolutely love helping people feel beautiful and confident, whether it's creating the perfect hair color, installing extensions, or helping clients address concerns with their skin. It has been exciting (and sometimes wild!) watching our industry evolve over the years. I’m a perfectionist at heart—if something doesn’t turn out the way I envisioned, I will spend hours researching and learning until I find the answer.

I truly run my salon on faith. My passions are hair extensions, highlights, and facials, but one of my favorite parts of this career is the relationships built along the way. So many clients have become lifelong friends, and I cherish those connections.

When I'm not behind the chair or taking care of "boss" things, you'll usually find me with my hair in a messy bun, spending time with Travis or working in our garden. I love everything about summer—swimming, boating, soaking up the sunshine, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. I have a special soft spot for kitties, but I truly love all animals. I'm also 100% a homebody and would choose a relaxing staycation over a vacation any day.

I am incredibly grateful for the love and support I've received over the years. Thank you for trusting me, supporting my dream, and allowing Beauty Bar Salon and Day Spa to be a part of your lives. I truly feel blessed to do what I love every day, and I look forward to many more years of serving this amazing community. 🥰
