Yes, we look hot, tired, and a little goofy in this picture. A steep trail, high up in the Rocky Mountains, and a lake at the top that made it all worth it.

Climbing a rugged trail isn’t glamorous, but reaching the top makes every step worth it. That’s how I see health and wellness too: real progress takes intentional steps, persistence, and support, but the results are life-changing.

Over the past 20+ years, both in our own journey and working with others in functional integrative healths setting, I’ve seen how people break free from cycles of poor health, discouragement, and frustration. Their bodies get stronger, hope returns, and doing it in community makes all the difference.

We’re helping host an event in Nashville in April and May for people to explore natural wellness, share ideas, and support each other whether you’re just starting your journey or ready to help others find health too. It's free!

I have been hearing about a lot of people with the flu lately. Let's talk about that.
If you or your family are dealing with it, a few natural supports can help your body recover:

• Rest: your immune system needs energy to heal

• Fluids: water, herbal teas, and broth help prevent dehydration, ginger and turmeric are anti-inflammatory, and raw honey and lemon can be soothing for sore throats
