💜Gentiva Hospice of Dickson💜 is looking for compassionate volunteers to provide friendly companionship visits to hospice patients in nursing facilities and private homes in Dickson, Cheatham, Hickman, Humphreys & Perry Counties. You will not be a caregiver, but a friend to someone who truly needs one 🫶 You can:
✨ Sit and chat
✨ Play games, complete artwork, or read
✨ Go on wheelchair strolls
✨ Give caregivers a short break
✨ Simply be there as our "promise of presence" to the patients and families we serve
This is a volunteer opportunity — but your impact is priceless. 💫

This week, we are celebrating Christmas in July for our sweet hospice patients. In order to be on hospice, one must have a terminal diagnosis with 6 months or less to live. Many of our patients will not make it to Christmas. So, we are celebrating them now. Thank you, Allie, for the fabulous bags. You are a blessing to our patients and us. ❤️
