We do things a little differently đź‘Š

Because most people don’t walk into physical therapy feeling hopeful — they walk in frustrated.

They’ve been told to “just rest it.”
They’ve tried stretches from Google.
They’ve pushed through pain because life doesn’t stop when your shoulder, neck, or arm hurts.

So before we ever hand someone exercises, we focus on understanding what’s actually going on.

Sometimes that means hands-on treatment.
Sometimes it means cupping.
Sometimes it simply means finally feeling heard after months of wondering, “Is this just how I have to live now?”

Pain doesn’t make you weak.
And wanting answers doesn’t make you crazy.
