We do things a little differently 👊

Because most people don’t walk into physical therapy feeling hopeful — they walk in frustrated.

They’ve pushed through pain because life doesn’t stop when your shoulder, neck, or arm hurts.

So before we ever hand someone exercises, we focus on understanding what’s actually going on.

Sometimes that means hands-on treatment.

Today team visited the local high school biology class to teach students about how the brain perceives pain and introduce hands-on physical therapy techniques like blood flow restriction, speed drills, cupping, and scraping.
