For the past two years, Larken Petardi has been bringing her soulful and creative flows to Summit Sol Yoga and Wellness, but tomorrow we say goodbye as she teaches her last Slow Flow class. Although we will miss Larken’s calming energy and her sweet intentional thank you to every student after class, we are so excited for her next chapter creating a new wellness space in our community right next door at Balanced School of Massage and Wellness 💜 So join us tomorrow, October 7th, at 5:30 PM so we can say THANK YOU back to her!

Aly here ☀️ As Summit Sol prepares for new ownership on October 1, I keep thinking about everything we’ve shared in this space and want to pop in and share my love and gratitude. From the branding journey with the amazing Tiera, Lisa painting our sun mural, adding new wellness offerings, and the way Aubrey and our operations team helped the studio grow. Sonny became a studio dog along the way, and together we’ve navigated outdoor yoga weather, the perfect studio temperature, and the mystery of getting supplies delivered. 😅 What I’ll remember most is the community we’ve built. I’m so proud and grateful to everyone who has made Summit Sol become home.

Brandon, Sonny, and I are getting ready for our wedding and moving to California, but I’ll be back in November to celebrate this chapter with you, and back again as a friend and fellow yogi. I’m incredibly honored and excited for you to get to know Laura and hear what’s ahead. Laura, over to you! 🌱

What brings me into this new role is the exact same thing that brings you to the studio: seeking connection with a community I feel aligned with and a purpose I know I am aligned with.

I am beyond excited to join the community you’ve built and serve Summit Sol’s highest purpose as its new owner. I’m standing right here with you in the beautiful uncertainty of this unwritten new chapter. None of us knows exactly what it’s going to look like, and that’s what creates space for so much to be possible.

One thing I know without question is that our shared purpose of creating alignment, vitality, balance, and wellness will guide us as we co-create what’s next for Summit Sol.

I’m present to the magic and power of Yoga Sutra 1.1, atha yoga-anushasanam - now begins the practice of yoga.

With deep gratitude for all that Summit Sol already is and has been… let’s begin again. ❤️

Join us for a Summer Sound Duet, a collaborative sound journey with Mariana + Cody, where the resonance of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments will blend to create an experience greater than either practice alone.

Settle in, slow down, and allow the layers of sound to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and a sense of spaciousness within.

Volunteer with Summit Sol 🌞Friends of the Dillon Ranger District | FDRD and Summit Sol are teaming up to host their annual trail day on Saturday, August 22nd! Come help maintain our home trails in Dillon with a fun day of community, nature, and giving back. Pre-register for free on our calendar and the trail location and times will be sent out the week of the event. Come and get your hands dirty with your fellow yogis and the Friends of the Dillon Ranger District!

👯Friday, July 24th from 2:30-3:15pm - Bloom & Groove Family Dance and Yoga with Vanessa Charles! Bring kids of all ages to dance and shake and stretch to spark a little bit of connection and joy to start your weekend! Donation Based.
🤸‍♀️Saturday, July 25th from 2-4pm - Arm Balance + Inversion Lab with Sage Santmier. Challenge yourself a little bit with this skills lab, focusing on strength and confidence upside down.
🧘Sunday, July 26th 6:15-7:45pm - Community Yin + Sound with Vanessa Charles! Designed to relax and unwind, Vanessa guides you into a deep relaxed state to leave you feeling refreshed after class. This is a donation based class with a $5 minimum, suggested donation is $15-$30.
