Join us for a Summer Sound Duet, a collaborative sound journey with Mariana + Cody, where the resonance of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments will blend to create an experience greater than either practice alone.

Settle in, slow down, and allow the layers of sound to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and a sense of spaciousness within.

Volunteer with Summit Sol 🌞Friends of the Dillon Ranger District | FDRD and Summit Sol are teaming up to host their annual trail day on Saturday, August 22nd! Come help maintain our home trails in Dillon with a fun day of community, nature, and giving back. Pre-register for free on our calendar and the trail location and times will be sent out the week of the event. Come and get your hands dirty with your fellow yogis and the Friends of the Dillon Ranger District!

👯Friday, July 24th from 2:30-3:15pm - Bloom & Groove Family Dance and Yoga with Vanessa Charles! Bring kids of all ages to dance and shake and stretch to spark a little bit of connection and joy to start your weekend! Donation Based.
🤸‍♀️Saturday, July 25th from 2-4pm - Arm Balance + Inversion Lab with Sage Santmier. Challenge yourself a little bit with this skills lab, focusing on strength and confidence upside down.
🧘Sunday, July 26th 6:15-7:45pm - Community Yin + Sound with Vanessa Charles! Designed to relax and unwind, Vanessa guides you into a deep relaxed state to leave you feeling refreshed after class. This is a donation based class with a $5 minimum, suggested donation is $15-$30.

We are so excited to welcome Lili Girodie to our amazing team of instructors 🩵 As a 200YTT, sound healer, and trauma aware breath coach, Lilli holds space for people to be exactly who they are when they step into class. You can expect nourishing, balanced flows with just the right amount of challenge in her classes.

You may have taken a class or two of hers already as a sub, but you can catch her permanently on the schedule now, every Monday at 5:30 PM for Align + Flow!
