Hi all! Coach Megan here! Just a heads up Saturday TRX is cancelled this week. I am running the What the Duck ultra in Boiling Springs at the park if you want to come out! It’s about 12 hours long so I will be there starting at about 6 am and my goal is to complete 13 miles. Everyone have a great and safe holiday 🖤

Some things we work in Saturday mobility is getting off the floor. Here we are demoing 2 movements to work on hip mobility. The one thing we do on Saturdays is use the TRX straps. My goal with everyone is to get them in a position to not need the straps.
