2026-2027 Sports Physical Blitz Information
DGF High School is offering a Sports Physical Blitz through Legacy Chiropractic (Near AXIS Clinicals in Dilworth) on the following dates: July 27, August 3, and August 10. The cost will be $65 per student (cash, check, or credit card) due at the time of the physical.
