Mental Health is just as important as your physical health. Physical activity improves your mental well being. Mental and physical health are equally important components of overall health. For example, depression increases the risk for many types of physical health problems, particularly long lasting conditions like diabetes, heart disease and strokes. Not just that, but what you intake plays an important role on how you feel throughout your days. Also, how much sleep you receive plays a huge factor on how you go about your days. One way that you can improve your mental health are by exercising, which is great for your body. It helps release stress.
