Friday we celebrated two learners graduating from ABA services!

One of the most unique parts of working in ABA is that our ultimate goal is to “work ourselves out of a job.” While that may sound bittersweet, it is actually one of the greatest successes we can experience as providers. Every goal mastered, every skill gained, and every moment of growth is working toward increased independence and confidence for the individuals we serve.

ABA is about equipping learners with the tools they need to communicate, navigate their world, build relationships, and thrive as independently as possible. Watching learners reach a point where they no longer need services at the same level is a reminder of why this work matters so much.

To our graduates: we are so proud of how far you’ve come and honored to have been part of your journey. Your hard work, perseverance, and growth inspire us every day.

Moments like these are why we do what we do.

Today we celebrated this huge accomplishment with a surprise party full of “C” foods and lots of excitement for someone who truly deserves to be recognized!

Alicia brings so much to our team each and every day! She is kind, compassionate, flexible, professional, and the right amount of s***k exactly when we need it most. Her dedication to her clients, families, and coworkers never goes unnoticed, and we are incredibly proud of all the hard work she put into reaching this milestone.
