Residents of our Adult Care Home are cared for by a nurturing family of health care and personal care staff 24 hours, 7 days a week. With experience, compassion and commitment, we provide a safe and loving home for your loved ones. Our Adult Care Home consists of 60 beds, which includes an Alzheimer’s Care Unit. We strive to enhance the quality of life for all of our residents to meet their person

Big THANK YOU to The Farm for hosting these wonderful ladies to a fun filled day! Jania out fished us all, she caught 7! Kathy kissed her fish, someone had too, it’s tradition, lol! Frances first caught a stick, lol then she caught her a fish! Rita enjoyed her strawberries & Linda found her buddy, Lackey! Fishing, strawberry picking, delicious The Farm hot dogs, seeing the ducks and ending the day with The Farm’s hand dipped ice cream. These ladies said it was a blessed beautiful day to be out enjoying our Mother’s Day outing! 🎣🍓🦆🍨🌭
