Today was a special day at our facility as we welcomed PMMA’s new President Courtney Plantz, back to where she once served as our Regional Director of Operations. ❤️

As part of her listening tour, Courtney spent the day connecting with our residents, families, and staff—listening to what matters most, sharing our organization’s strategic goals and vision for the future, and learning more about the work happening right here in our building.

She took time to walk the building, visit with team members, capture some photos, and most importantly, be present and listen. Those moments of connection are so important as we continue working together to shape the future of our organization and the care we provide.

It was wonderful to have her back—not only as a familiar face and former leader, but now as our President, bringing a genuine commitment to hearing from the people who make our organization what it is every day.

Leadership starts with listening. And today, we felt heard. ❤️
