Great companies are built with vision, but sustained through continuous growth, innovation, and meaningful connections.
Our Founder & CEO, LaDarby Williams, recently participated in the fourth Louisiana Innovation Cohort, hosted by the Edward Lowe Foundation in partnership with Louisiana Economic Development (LED).
As the visionary behind Germ Slayers, LaDarby continues to position our company for innovation, strategic growth, and expansion in the facility services industry.
This three-day experience brought together Louisiana entrepreneurs, industry experts, and business leaders to exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and develop strategies for scaling their companies.
We’re grateful to Louisiana Economic Development and the Edward Lowe Foundation for investing in second-stage entrepreneurs and creating opportunities that strengthen Louisiana businesses.
The vision is growing. The strategy is evolving. And we’re just getting started!
This week our team hit the road, visiting Louisiana for our fourth Innovation Cohort!
Hosted in partnership with Louisiana Economic Development (LED), this retreat is designed to accelerate growth for companies that are developing new products, services or ventures that will strengthen Louisiana’s economy and elevate innovative capabilities.
Participants included Lex Adams of Vigilus, Geoff Ross-Reynolds of Quality Testing Inc., Hunter McFadden of GreenQube, Inc., LaDarby Williams of germslayers, Liz Pyle of Undercurrent - the firm and Sarah Lopez of Awardmaster. Thank you all for attending!
We’d also like to thank Dan Ducoté of Big Rock Leaders and Tim Keeley of 838 Strategies for supporting this program as Entrepreneurs Emeritus, as well as Maddie Duplantis and Patrick Addamus, our partner representatives from LED!
