We wanted to share some deeply concerning news that affects many of you directly.
Starting July 1, 2026, chiropractic services will no longer be covered under Missouri Medicaid. This change was made quietly, without public discussion or input, from the doctors and patients who rely on these essential services.
This means thousands of Missouri families — many of them our patients — will suddenly lose access to the chiropractic care that helps them manage pain, improve mobility, and maintain better health. We believe this is a serious step backward for our most vulnerable neighbors.
The Missouri Chiropractic Physicians Association is already fighting back hard. They’re reaching out to legislators, the Governor’s office, and building a strong coalition to try to reverse this decision.

Here’s how YOU can help right now:
If you or a loved one benefits from chiropractic care through Medicaid, please contact your Missouri State Representative and State Senator today. Share your personal story and let them know how important chiropractic care is to your health and quality of life.
