NOTICE OF RENTAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATIONS
The Ripley County Public Housing Agency will be accepting applications for Section 8 rental assistance beginning August 3, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. and ending August 7, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. No applications will be distributed prior to August 3, 2026. Applications can be submitted in person or online through the following methods:
1) It is strongly recommended that applications be submitted online. Please visit our website www.ofrpc.org and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click “Section 8 Applications” to begin.
2) Applications will also be accepted at the office of the Ozark Foothills Regional Planning Commission, 3019 Fair St. in Poplar Bluff from 8 am to 4 pm beginning on August 3, 2026 and ending August 7, 2026.
Names, social security numbers, date of birth of each household member, and total household income will be required on the applications with documentation of such required at the time of briefing once applicants are pulled from the waiting list. You will not be issued a voucher without the required documents. All correspondence is mailed, mailing addresses will need to be kept current with our office.
