π’ IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR OK PHARMACY CLIENTS π
We want to clear up some recent confusion regarding OK Pharmacy, insurance coverage, and the recent closure of OK Pharmacy North.
First and most importantly:
β
OK Pharmacy is STILL accepting Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans.
β
Nothing has changed on our end regarding our insurance participation.
β
All patients with active prescriptions from OK Pharmacy North have been automatically transferred to OK Pharmacy.
Some patients have recently received letters from their insurance companies stating that OK Pharmacy is no longer contracted with their insurance plan.
π PLEASE DISREGARD THESE LETTERS.
These letters were generated by the insurance companies after they were notified that OK Pharmacy North had permanently closed. Because the letters were automatically generated by their systems, they may have caused confusion and incorrectly made it appear as though OK Pharmacy is no longer contracted with your insurance.
That is NOT the case. β€οΈ
If you had active prescriptions at OK Pharmacy North, your prescriptions have been automatically transferred to OK Pharmacy, allowing us to continue serving you.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion or concern these letters may have caused. We understand how important it is to know where your prescriptions are being filled and that your insurance coverage is accepted.
π OK Pharmacy is here and ready to serve you!
We are grateful for the continued trust and support of our patients, caregivers, and community. We look forward to continuing to serve our current clients and welcoming future clients as well.
π Have questions or received one of these letters? Please contact us directly. We are happy to help!
Thank you for choosing OK Pharmacy! π
Your health. Your medications. Our commitment.
