It’s so crazy how time flies. You get so engrossed in your own little world that, when you finally slow down, you realize that while you’ve been living in your bubble, time around you has never stopped. You step outside of that little world and suddenly take in how much everything has truly grown.

All of my patients hold a special place in my heart, but my kids at Alpha mean something a little different to me. To be a small part of their development and watch them grow into who they’re becoming is such a blessing. And specifically, this one hits home for me 😭

Since 2021, she’s been my 3:30 PM slot. She has taught me everything I know about the world of performing arts and introduced me to a world I never knew existed. The amount of work you have put in over the years is astounding, to say the least. I’m so grateful of you and your family!

Lina, I am SO, so proud of you and so incredibly happy that I got to be your PT. I hope NYC and Juilliard treat you well, and that all of your dreams come true. ❤️

For everyone who knows me as their Doctor of Physical Therapy, you also know me as the one who’s always laughing, joking around, and trying to make every session a little more fun because we all know how challenging rehab can be!

What you may not see is how much of that joy comes from each and every one of you.

There have been so many days where I’ve walked into the clinic exhausted from life, and somehow, every single one of you has given me the energy to keep going. As much as I hope I’ve helped you through your journey, please know that you’ve helped me just as much.

Today, I’m reflecting on six years of memories. Six years of taking the leap, facing the fear of starting and sustaining a business, and eventually opening the clinic that has become my pride and joy-and a place so many of you now call home.

I don’t stop to reflect nearly as often as I should, but I know my younger self would be incredibly proud to see where we are today. Sitting in my own clinic, surrounded by the most amazing community, is something I’ll never take for granted.

Thank you for trusting me, believing in me, and allowing me to be a small part of your lives. I am forever grateful for every step of this journey and for every single one of you. ❤️ 🐺

Name a better way to teach a depth drop 😂

All jokes aside, depth drops are a great way to reintroduce patients to plyometric movement. This simple drill helps improve force absorption, landing mechanics, and eccentric strength by stepping off a box (not jumping off 😉).

There truly aren’t enough thank-yous to express the amount of love, trust, and support I’ve received over the past five years. The end goal was always to be where I stand today, but I never could have imagined how meaningful and rewarding the journey would be. Each step has been made sweeter because of the people who believed in the vision and trusted me along the way.

From the very beginning, my goal was to create a practice that feels like home — a place where everyone feels heard, supported, and cared for as a whole person. A space where quality care meets compassion, and where a little silliness, laughter, and plenty of smiles are always welcome.
