When a child stutters, giving them time and space to express themselves can make a meaningful difference. Allow them to finish their thoughts without rushing, interrupting, or finishing their sentences for them.

Focus on what they are saying rather than how quickly or smoothly they say it. Creating a patient, supportive environment helps children feel more comfortable communicating and sharing their thoughts.
