Patient Spotlight 🏃‍♂️

Our patient Chuck W. Will be running the Boston Marathon tomorrow, and for a wonderful charity. If you would like to make a donation action for Chuck and his charity team you can here:

Info about Chuck’s Boston Marathon Journey

Hi, I’m Chuck—66 years old and a runner for more than 30 years. In 2026, I’ll be running the Boston Marathon—my third marathon—to raise funds for the Heather Abbott Foundation, which helps amputees live full, active lives by providing specialized prosthetic devices not typically covered by insurance.

This year’s race is especially meaningful to me. I’ll be running with a bib generously given by Roseann Sdoia, a survivor of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing and sister of a close friend. Her courage and determination inspire me deeply, and it’s an honor to run in her name.

Running has always been a gift in my life, and through this marathon, I hope to give back—helping others regain their strength, mobility, and confidence. Thank you for your support!

It’s time to stand up for Parkinson’s. 🗣️💙

🎥 Video Spotlight from our former PT student Anna demonstrating LSVT BIG Sit to Stands!

The Sit to Stand Challenge starts on April 11th! This is a global effort to turn a simple, everyday movement into a powerful statement of support for the Parkinson’s community.

Every recorded stand helps raise awareness and funds for Stand Up to Parkinson’s—supporting research that moves us closer to a cure. Whether you're doing 5 or 50, every rep makes an impact.
Let’s see how many stands we can clock together on April 11th, 2026!
