In circle, we show up without judgement to create the space for listening in order to create healing for ourselves, others and the world. We gather to raise the collective divine feminine vibration which flows through each one of us. Step into a sacred container designed for women to reconnect with their bodies, their hearts, and each other. This circle is a nurturing space where movement, visualization, set intentions for the upcoming moon cycle and authentic sharing to come together to support healing, empowerment, and sisterhood. This circle is open to any one who identifies as a woman.

Throughout this year-long journey, we will explore twelve powerful feminine archetypes that live within every woman. Each archetype represents a unique expression of feminine wisdom, inviting us to embrace different aspects of ourselves as we grow, heal, and evolve.

Through meaningful conversation, reflection, ritual, creative expression, and practical tools, you’ll have the opportunity to embrace each “face” of the feminine as it unfolds throughout the year. Every gathering will build upon the last, creating a rich tapestry of insight, healing, empowerment, and sisterhood.

As we move through these Faces of the Feminine, we will celebrate our strengths, cultivate deeper self-awareness, and honor the many ways feminine energy is expressed. By the year’s end, you’ll have explored the fullness of your inner landscape, discovering that these archetypes are not separate identities to become, but timeless qualities that already exist within you…waiting to be awakened, nurtured, and embodied.

Enjoy a community friendly yoga class in the Village this Labor Day Saturday Morning as part of First Saturday Celebrations!
Bring a mat/towel/blanket + water + dress comfy and weather appropriate.
Gather on the Village Greene across from “The Snug,” and adjacent to Pop Rox Mini Market.
After class we encourage you to take a stroll through the village, grab a bite to eat, and stick around for live entertainment and a variety of local art vendors.

The outdoor summer series on Thursday has come to an end, and we’re moving classes back to the studio. Elizabeth will be filling in for Sarah this week, so get yourself comfy and enjoy this 60 minute chill Vinyasa Flow.

This Saturday morning breathe in some fresh air, treat your body to a good stretch, and a playful challenge with a Pilates inspired mat class. Jillian will lead you on a friendly 60 minute stroll through your body saying good morning to your joints, muscles, lungs, and core. No prior experience is necessary, but be prepared to feel stretched & energized afterwards.
