From communication plans to client prioritization and Caregiver support strategies, every detail was covered.

Today, we’re highlighting Shania DeShields, RN from Silver Lining Home Care. Since starting as a Caregiver in 2019, Shania has grown through dedication and true commitment. She brings a steady, positive presence, supports her team, and always keeps her clients at the center of everything she does.
