We’re excited to welcome Sky Eagle to the Modern Practice Solutions team as a full time Compliance Trainer: bringing expertise in safety, compliance, and risk management to the dental practices we serve.

Sky is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with extensive experience in compliance management, workplace safety, and operational risk reduction across construction, manufacturing, utilities, and other high risk environments. He holds a B.S. in Occupational Safety & Health from Murray State University and an M.S. in Safety, Security & Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University.

Before joining MPS, Sky worked with Airgas, where he gained hands on experience with compressed gas safety, gas specifications, and compliance processes involving both medical and industrial gases — including nitrous oxide handling and storage. This background gives him a unique connection to the dental field and strengthens his commitment to safe, compliant, patient centered environments.

A proud Tennessee native, Sky enjoys the outdoors — fishing, hunting, boating, riding motorcycles — along with cooking, music, and gardening.

We’re thrilled to have Sky on board and can’t wait for our clients to benefit from his knowledge, energy, and passion for building strong safety cultures.
