Some battles don’t make you weaker, they reveal what God already placed inside you.

Anyone can praise when life is easy, but it takes deep faith to still pray through pain, worship through silence, and believe while carrying wounds no one sees.

The enemy thought the pressure would destroy you, but God is using it to strengthen you. Every tear, every delay, every hidden struggle is building endurance, faith, and spiritual authority.

You are not defined by what broke you.
You are being refined by it.

God is turning your pain into power, your scars into testimony, and your survival into a weapon that will inspire others to keep going too. πŸ€πŸ™πŸ»

What a guy...

Aajonus Vonderplanitz (1947–2013) was an American nutritionist, author, and health educator best known for developing the Primal Diet, a nutritional philosophy centered on raw animal foods and the body's innate capacity for healing. Following a series of severe health challenges in his youth (including a cancer diagnosis and extensive medical treatment) Vonderplanitz began questioning conventional approaches to health and spent decades researching nutrition, detoxification, and natural healing. His books, including "We Want to Live" and "The Recipe for Living Without Disease", attracted a devoted following among those seeking alternatives to mainstream dietary and medical paradigms.

Although many of his nutritional recommendations remain controversial, Vonderplanitz's underlying philosophy shares significant common ground with the Terrain perspective. He viewed symptoms not as enemies to be suppressed, but as meaningful biological responses that reveal the body's ongoing efforts to adapt, repair, and restore balance. His emphasis on supporting the body's self-regulating mechanisms, reducing toxic burdens, and understanding illness as a process rather than an isolated event continues to resonate with those who believe that lasting health depends more on cultivating a resilient internal terrain than on waging war against disease.

Any Aajonus fans out there? If you haven't read "We Want to Live" yet, go pick it up. It is a page turner if nothing else. But also, might change your life πŸ˜‰.
