Another HAPPY Harvest Hunt at Dover Place!
Our sweet friends dressed in their Halloween BEST to visit our community for our annual Harvest Hunt and Festivities! We had wonderfully 30-year-old miniature horse Julie dressed as a gentle elderly gal with her owners guiding her indoors and outdoors. We had docile fluffy rabbits that just wanted to be held and loved! Face painting, a make-and-take craft station, candy, snacks, and over 30 pumpkins to judge! We LOVE celebrating the traditions of October and a huge thank you to ALL the animal owners, Polytech High School, families and visitors for making it special—we can’t wait to celebrate together again!

October is Already AMAZING at Dover Place!
We’ve enjoyed the autumn weather with music on the patio from the Ukulele Society, music therapy sponsored by VITAS Healthcare, a group painting class with our artist extraordinaire Phyllis, and a fantastic performance by the Modern Maturity Center Gospel Choir. We’re grateful for the people who bring music, creativity, and so much joy to our community!

Hello October!
We had such a wonderful time at our Autumn Craft and Card Making Class with our dear friend Jana! The residents created beautiful cards that have become treasured keepsakes. They are so lovely that many can't bear to part with them and proudly display them on their shelves and throughout their apartments! We love Autumn!
