I have Fibromyalgia & a couple of autoimmune diseases. Having Grace work on my issues, makes me feel energized because I can move. Grace helps break down my trigger points. Help my skin move, for my myofascial is not stuck. I am tight from my toes all the way to my scalp. My headaches slowly are going away. She helps stiffness, which does cause some of my imbalance, by massaging the area until I feel warmth. I cannot say enough good thing about Geace for she help me in more ways then almost anybody else. Thank you Grace.

I have arthritis in my lower back and my back is always stiff and aching. In 90 minutes Grace did what no other therapist has ever done - loosen it up and make it feel good! I'm able to move around better than I have in years! She is super skilled and hàs magical hands. Plus she is an incredibly nice person. She also took the time to teach me some exercises specific to my needs. She did not try to sell me on coming in for frequent massages. Instead, she suggested once a month for "maintenance". I will definitely be doing that!
