Y antes hemos atravesado tiempos inciertos.

Sé amable contigo mismo/a. 💛

We know there is a lot of uncertainty right now. When things feel unpredictable, it’s normal for our minds to race and our bodies to feel tense. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you’re not alone — and your feelings make sense.

In times like these, it can help to gently bring your focus back to what is within your control. Take a slow breath. Notice where you are. Remind yourself that, in this moment, you are safe. Try to limit how much news or social media you’re taking in if it’s increasing your anxiety. It’s okay to step back.

Lean into connection. Reach out to someone you trust. Spend time with family. Go outside. Move your body. Pray, journal, or sit quietly for a few minutes. Small grounding moments add up.

Uncertainty doesn’t mean catastrophe — it simply means we don’t have all the answers yet. And we have gotten through uncertain times before.

Be gentle with yourself. Take it one day at a time, one breath at a time. You don’t have to carry it all at once. 💛
