your body's favorite form of fuel!

-๐„๐—๐€๐Œ๐๐‹๐„๐’: 1 piece of fruit such as a banana, an orange or a cup of berries.
Pair with a handful of nuts to keep your energy up; OR a granola bar that isn't
super high in carbs. (Remember to read the label to see serving size and how
many carbs you're getting.)

๐Ÿ“ ๐€๐‹๐–๐€๐˜๐’ ๐ก๐š๐ฏ๐ž ๐š ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ-๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ง๐š๐œ๐ค.

-๐–๐‡๐€๐“: Include a protein and a carb. Protein helps rebuild body fibers and
tissues (like our muscles); carbs replenish energy stores.

-๐„๐—๐€๐Œ๐๐‹๐„๐’: chocolate milk; cottage cheese and fruit; Greek yogurt with berries;
protein shake with a piece of fruit. All of these have the right combination of
protein, carbs, fat, and simple sugars to help rebuild your body.
