**JULY 4 TRAVEL ADVISORY **
Expect heavy traffic and major detours in the Borough throughout the day for the America250th Edition of the Annual Good Neighbor Day.

🕒 Traffic Impacts & Closures

6:00 AM – 10:00 AM: All major roadways through the Borough—including Business Route 30 and Pennsylvania Avenue—are detoured for the "Run for Life" (race starts at 8:00 AM).

All-Day Closure: East Pennsylvania Avenue (between Route 322/Manor Avenue and Route 282/Wallace Avenue) remains closed well into the evening.

Dusk (Fireworks Time): 🚧 There will be no vehicle access into or out of Johnsontown via Viaduct Avenue or Bradford Avenue during the fireworks display and until public safety officials determine it is safe to reopen the roads. Viaduct Avenue and Bradford Avenue (at Church St. & St. Joe’s Lane). Roads will be closing at 6:30PM. Please plan accordingly if you need to travel during this time.

📍 Kerr Park remains the only designated public viewing location for the fireworks display. There will be no public viewing areas or parking available near the fireworks launch site or within the Johnsontown neighborhood. Residents and visitors are asked to use Kerr Park for viewing and to follow all posted traffic restrictions.

🗺️ Alternate Routes & Tips
Avoid the Borough in the morning by using the Route 30 Bypass and Route 100.
Anticipate lingering traffic delays all day leading up to the dusk fireworks display.
Bonus Tip: The fireworks are still viewable from Kerr Park, but attendees may need to turn their lawn chairs in a different direction this year to protect local eagles!

What is Lomi Lomi?🏝️

Honestly, it’s truly a hidden gem 💎 when it comes to our massage & bodywork offerings here at Wholistic Therapeutics Co.✨

Lomi Lomi means to massage, knead, break into pieces, to work in and out, or to shift. It is an indigenous Hawaiian healing practice that usually integrates prayer and intention. Many believe this art was brought to Hawaii by the earliest Polynesian settlers, while others believe that this beautiful art, so deeply infused with the practice of ‘living aloha’ is a carry-over from ancient Hawaii. 🌴

The movements of Sacred Lomi are forearm runs, based on circles and figure eights that flow from one side of the body to the other. The practitioner is taught to listen with their entire being to the script of the recipient’s body, supporting the recipient to release all that is no longer serving them and awaken to their authentic calling. ✨
