We were honored to take part in Celebration Villa of Nittany Valley, Vet to Vet Café this morning.

We had the privilege of pinning 7 in-house veterans for their service, including an Air Force jet pilot and a veteran who served as the wrestling coach at West Point for 7 years.

What an incredible privilege it was to hear their stories, learn from their experiences, and have the opportunity to honor each of these heroes. 🇺🇸

Thank you to all of our veterans for your service, sacrifice, and dedication to our country. We are truly grateful.

What a wonderful afternoon at Hilltop Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, honoring our veterans for National Purple Heart Day. 💜

Senior Community Liaison Laura helped honor the veterans of Hilltop with a special ceremony recognizing their service and sacrifice. A beautiful blessing and prayer was provided by Chaplain and Volunteer Terry Feathers.

We are so grateful to everyone who attended and helped make this a meaningful afternoon celebrating the brave men and women who have served our country. ❤️🤍💙

On hospice, our patients use their breath to share their stories and express themselves to loved ones if they are able. But advanced lung cancer can make this difficult.

Our hospice teams focus heavily on providing advanced respiratory comfort by using specialized medications and techniques to ease feelings of air hunger and anxiety.

Through our care, we hope to save our patients’ breath for the moments that matter.

A few days ago, one of our valued community partners experienced an unexpected hardship.

While we are incredibly grateful for the American Red Cross and all they are doing to assist those affected, our liaison, Becki, also stopped by with essentials to show our support and remind our community that they’re not alone.

Moments like these are a powerful reminder of the strength of teamwork, compassion, and the incredible impact we can make when we come together. 💜
