We are all about medicinal herbs here! Just like every BODY tells a different story, every cup of tea should too. I craft personalized herbal blends to support whatever your system is asking for — from calming the nerves to releasing tension or boosting circulation to helping you sleep better at night. Pair it with bodywork for deep, lasting relief.

Sip slow. Heal deep. Ask me about your perfect blend! 💆‍♀️🍵✨
