There’s something powerful about realizing that what you need might already be growing around you.

Recently, I stepped outside and paid attention to what most people call w**ds, and what I learned shifted my perspective completely.

A w**d is simply a plant growing where you don’t want it.

Not useless, not harmful, just misunderstood.

I made a simple tea from mullein, a plant I had seen before but never used, and it reminded me that wellness does not always have to be purchased.

Sometimes it is already available.

Mullein is known to support the lungs, soothe irritation, and gently calm the body.

This experience reminded me to slow down, observe more, and trust both the process and the environment around me.

There is wisdom in the ground beneath us.

Don't throw those spotted bananas away! 🍌 I rescued 4 overripe bananas from the trash and turned them into 24 fudgy, no-bake energy bites using just 6 kitchen staples. High fiber, zero refined sugar, and freezer-ready. Who wants the recipe? 👇

🛒 WHAT’S INSIDE
• 4 Ripe Bananas (The spottier, the better!)
• 5 - 6 Cups Quick Oats (Adjust for texture)
• ½ Cup Ground Flaxseed (Your "superfood" binder)
• 2 tbsp Raw Honey (Perfectly balanced sweetness)
• 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
• 3 tbsp Coconut Oil (Melted)
• Cacao Powder (For that truffle-style dusting)
🥣 THE METHOD
1. MASH: In a large bowl, mash all 4 bananas until smooth.
2. MIX: Stir in the honey, vanilla, and melted coconut oil.
3. BIND: Fold in the flaxseed and oats (2 cups at a time) until you have a thick dough.
4. CHILL: Let the dough rest in the fridge for 20 minutes to set.
5. ROLL: Scoop 2-tbsp portions, roll into balls, and coat in cacao powder.
6. FREEZE: Place on a tray in the freezer for 1 hour, then move to a Ziploc bag!

Yield: 24 Hardy Bites
