✨ And just like that…our 2026 Yoga in the Park series has come to a close.

Together, we raised just over $1,200 for Kaleidoscope Youth Center - an organization supporting LGBTQ+ youth right here in our community. 🤝✨

Thank you to everyone who came out, brought a friend, spread the word, and made these Sunday mornings under the trees what they were. And a big thank you to our AYA teachers for showing up alongside our recent teacher training graduates as they stepped into the park and led us through practice this last season. 🤍

Until we gather under the trees again!
(Jk, we’ll see you in the studio 😉🙌)

Our opinion👉Reading is FUNdamental!

We’ve been contemplating a book club at the studio for some time… the big question is, would you join? And what books interest you?

Give us your feedback below, or head to our story to hit the polls!

A big misconception about YTT is that you have to want to teach yoga. Though some do end up teaching, the desire to teach isn’t required to join this program. What’s more important is the desire to learn.

What we practice on the mat, we practice in the world. This teacher training is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of yoga, and weave those teachings into your life as you see fit. Let this be a portal deeper into yourself, and into connection with others.

If you have even just an inkling of curiosity, we hope you join us this Sunday 9/13 at 2:00P for our free info session.

Can’t make the session? Send us an email to [email protected] to set up a 1:1 with us.

We can’t wait to meet our 2027 cohort ✨✨✨

This Sunday is a special edition of Yoga in the Park ✨✨

We’re excited to feature a brief intro to Qigong from 9-9:30 with Michael Brennen as a sneak peak for an upcoming series at AYA, and then we will shift into our regularly scheduled outdoor class.

Donations are always optional and deeply appreciated. 100% of the donations from this summer’s community classes support Kaleidoscope Youth Center ( Kaleidoscope Youth Center ), a local nonprofit empowering LGBTQIA+ youth through advocacy, housing support, leadership development, and community programming.

Can’t donate? No worries, we’d still love for you to be part of this special community gathering. You can donate in person via our QR that will be onsite.

Time: Class begins at 9:00AM. Arrive anytime after 8:30A to get settled.

Location: Schiller Park (near the corner of City Park & Reinhard Ave, by the Umbrella Girl fountain)

What to Bring: A yoga mat or blanket and anything else that keeps you comfy!

See you under the trees 🌳 ✨

This could be us this Sunday ✨🌳

Join us this Sunday (and every other Sunday!) at 9:00A in Schiller Park for 60 minutes of yoga together. You’ll find us on the corner of City Park & Reinhard.

These outdoor community classes are always 100% donation-based, with every dollar going directly to Kaleidoscope Youth Center, supporting LGBTQ+ youth right here in our community.

Bring a friend (or come make one), your mat or a blanket, and a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest.

See you under the trees. 💫
